Very sweet staff and clean rooms...we travled with 4 children and no one seemed irritated that we were constantly asking for extra things like towels

Great value, clean, nice room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff! Right off the interstate and a nice parking lot. Excellent stay!

I don't have anything bad to say about our stay. As stated, we were very pleased with our stay.

Comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. There were noticeable hairs on the bathroom floor and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We also experienced disappointment with the breakfast options, as there was no coffee available, affecting our overall start to the day.

The room was spacious and super comfy. I loved lounging by the pool and grabbing a bite from the snack bar, both great ways to unwind. The only hiccup was the breakfast selection didn't have many options like I expected, but overall, I had a nice stay 😊

Efficient check-in, parking onsite. The rooms with the shower and good bedding, for example. Particularly good and magnificent location - really close to several restaurants, Conway and surrounding areas and most things including historic downtown.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Location not far from restaurants and shopping, and most things. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby. Breakfast with waffles, bacon, a muffin;)))

We loved visiting Lake Conway to fish together. The suite was spacious enough for all four of us, and having a fridge and microwave made our life easier when preparing snacks.

My kids wished the pool was warmer for swimming.

The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. I had requested a room on the first floor and I got a room on the first floor. Everything was clean in the room. Check in and out was easy and desk staff very friendly. We will stay here again. Very nice hotel.

Comfy beds and ease of reservation

The bathtub had a permanent stain in the bottom that was very gross looking in room 201

The King Suite we booked was spacious and very comfortable. Despite some issues, the overall vibe was quite pleasant. I personally loved the whirlpool in my room, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

Our experience had a few hiccups, starting with an issue in the initial room where we found the shower floor dirty and soap on the dispensers. Although the front desk promptly switched us to a cleaner room, we faced some thermostat problems, resolved quickly. On the downside, the shampoo in the second suite was ridiculously small-barely enough for a decent wash-and did not do my hair any favors. I noticed housekeeping skipped changing out towels during our two-night stay, although we could request fresh ones from the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and made checking in after a long drive easy. The room was clean. There were some issues like a slow-draining shower and a broken window that affected comfort. Breakfast was decent, yet some amenities could use improvement.
